Use of the Désjà Vu website
Our website and/or services do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from their parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children to prevent data from being collected without parental consent.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be used to send you the newsletter. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.
Accessing, Modifying, or Deleting Your Data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Désjà Vu. In addition, you have the right to data portability.

To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with your request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy to protect your privacy.
We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
